Fundamentals of medical microneedling
Medical microneedling is a minimally invasive method for percutaneous collagen induction (PCI). Very fine and small needles are used to create microscopic channels in the epidermis and dermis. These controlled micro-injuries cause the body to naturally produce collagen and elicit other healing responses. The ensuing release of platelet-derived growth factors (PDGFs) triggers the release of cell growth factors as well as dermal fibroblast infiltration. This initiates the synthesis of endogenous elastin and collagen, just below the epidermis’s basal layer.

Our devices ensure most powerful results in skin treatment with optimized hygienic protection and more practitioner and patient comfort:
The patented safety membrane cartridge prevents backflow of liquids and thus reduces the risk of contamination to the handpiece. High precision and penetration force (up to 150 hertz) leads to faster and more efficient skin treatments. EXCEED devices are designed for optimized user experience by ergonomic shape, low noise and low vibration.
Clinical proven facial acne scar & wrinkle
Backed by rigorous clinical studies1,2, EXCEED medical microneedling has been proven to significantly improve facial wrinkles, skin texture, laxity and acne scars with as few as four treatments spaced four weeks apart. Each treatment session is minimally invasive and completed in less than one hour, with little to no recovery time.
